By downloading or using an app from GlobalDesk, or using akshaytech.com, you agree to these terms.

Using our apps

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Don't misuse them — for example by cheating in online matches, harassing other players, or trying to break or reverse-engineer the service.

Online play

Online features depend on an internet connection and our servers. We may change, pause or end online features at any time.

Purchases

If an app offers paid items in the future, purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and follow their refund policies.

Ownership

The apps, their design and content belong to GlobalDesk. Ludo is a traditional game; our implementation, artwork and code are our own.

No warranty

The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the apps.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
